You may just want to send me an email.  There are two reasons I use this form.  First, if I put my email on the web site, SPAMers can easily gather it effortlessly and send me tons of SPAM.  On an different website, the SPAM grew to over 1,000 per day before I caught on to this.  Second, the more information you give me, the better my response.

There are no formatting requirements as to how you fill this out.  Just type in the message box and submit and I'll get it.   It doesn't matter how you enter birthdates or numbers.  I don't want you to get frustrated with how I think a birth date should look.
